It's healthy fun! Families (all ages) breathe, move and relax together. (40 min)
*Must register: Drop-ins are $25 for one parent/child pair with a suggested donation of $5 for each additional family member. We plan to see you at the next scheduled class unless you specify another date.

- Wear comfortable clothing/bare feet + be SF weather prepared
- Bring a waterproof blanket/tarp, yoga mat, hand sanitizer, water and a protein-based snack
