Our specially trained It's Yoga Kids® Certified instructors include parents, educators, coaches and pediatric professionals committed to our cause: teaching healthy habits for happy successful kids.

Together, we see every child benefitting from Yoga so they can be a positive force in the world. We teach all Yoga fundamentals - postures and principles - with lessons that go way beyond the mat. Our teaching philosophy is patient with balanced structure for lifelong learning.

(RYT-200) grew up in a world of ballet and dance, She became fascinated by the philosophy and mindful body wellness that yoga teaches. In 2005, she completed 200hr RYT with Corepower Yoga followed by CPY Extensions Program in 2017 and IYKC in 2018. Her passion is to see the power of peace that resides in everyone.
